Hey Josh,
Sorry to hear about your grandmother. She sounds like a pretty neat ol' lady. It seems to be happening all around; just lost my great uncle Charlie last week to a stroke as well. He was my old man hero, woke up every morning, went swimming for an hour or two and kept publishing neuroanatomy textbooks. If you remember, he was the one who came to The Merchant Or Venice with a cane and got sassed by Scott Hernandez. He was just recovering from some sort of mystery attack he had suffered while exploring some caves in Syria (who the hell does that after 75?), but he still took public transportation there and back from New Jersey. I hadn't seen him a long time, but apparently his health had been pretty good up to the end.

That was a great moment in Merchant for sure.
Yeah, it's the changing of the guard. It's funny that in college, nobody tells you that the next big social trend in your life will be weddings, funerals and baby showers. Not a bad thing.
Here's hoping we're all spelunking in 45 years. Who knows, maybe we'll live ridiculously long lives thanks to crazy nano/stemcell technology.
Sorry to hear about that Josh
